<p>5个使你长寿的日常习惯</p>

<p>一天吃五小餐</p>
<p>在西方文化中，一天吃三餐，但是一天吃五小餐将会更好。</p>
<p>当你一天吃五餐时，营养、血糖、和能量会源源不断的传送到你身体里。</p>
<p>此外，这种吃法可以减少消化和代谢系统的负担，也可以降低患心脏病的风险。</p>
<p>用走楼梯代替坐电梯</p>
<p>一天日常锻炼的健康效果还远远不够。经常运动可以帮助提高生理机能，增强免疫系统，保持关节的灵活性、增加能量，这样的例子不胜枚举。</p>
<p>在你的一整天中寻找机会进行身体锻炼。疾走、跑步或者骑自行车来代替开车。来段日常的太极练习。加入健身房并且真的去了。安全的锻炼然后你就会一天比一天健康。</p>
<p>笑起来！</p>

<p>选择过滤水：最好的过滤加工是使用活性炭，它可以去除杂质但保留下水溶性矿物质。也不要把水储存在塑料容器里因为多氯联苯会渗入到水中。</p>
<p>放松和冥想</p>
<p>压力是大部分缩短我们寿命的疾病的根源。在我们现代社会中压力日益剧增，除非你找到方法去克服它。冥想是缓解紧张，使你恢复活力的最好办法。它教你 恰当的呼吸，这对于减少你体内70%的毒素和废物是非常关键的。它也可以使你的心感到平静，减低你的应激激素，让你有自我约束能力，它是达到你健康长寿目 标的必要特质。</p>
<p>试着开始冥想：</p>

<p style="text-indent: 2em;">苏东坡在杭州为官时，非常赞赏西湖之美，曾做诗云：&ldquo;水光潋滟晴方好，山色空漾雨亦奇。欲把 西湖比西子，淡妆浓抹也相宜。&rdquo;这西湖之秀丽有如国色天香的西施，但由于湖面辽阔，游入很难投入她的怀抱。因而他率领民众修起了一条横跨西湖的苏堤，与自 居易的白堤交相辉映，成为西湖一道亮丽的风景线。</p>
<p style="text-indent: 2em;">一天苏东坡独自一人便服游览西湖，他漫步在苏堤上，见百姓扶老携幼，来来往往，熙熙攘攘，心 里十分高兴，总算给老百姓办了一件实事。只听百姓们交口称赞：&ldquo;苏大人为官钱塘(即杭州)，造福西湖，利在千秋。只可惜像他这样的好官太少了!&rdquo;他感到惭 愧，觉得人生短暂，能做的事太少了。猛然想起不远处的净慈寺有位寿高体健的和尚值得拜访。放眼望去，那净慈寺掩映在&ldquo;接天莲叶无穷碧，映日荷花别样红&rdquo;的 湖光山色之中．</p>
<p style="text-indent: 2em;">不知谁走漏了消息，净慈寺和尚早已列队在山门外恭候苏大人的到来。苏东坡挥手致意道：&ldquo;各位 不必拘礼，我今天是因私事前来拜访老方丈的，请各位自便吧。&rdquo;于是方丈将苏东坡迎进禅堂，小和尚端来西湖龙井茶。苏东坡一边喝茶，一边问方丈：&ldquo;听说你这 里有位寿高身健的高僧，可得一见否?&rdquo;方丈命小和尚叫来。只见那位高僧步履矫健，胸挺腰直，面色红润，目光炯炯，看上去不过四十来岁。方丈介绍说：&ldquo;这就 是人称&lsquo;聪药王&rsquo;的本寺制药僧，前来拜见苏大人。&rdquo;苏东坡忙起身让座，双手合十虔诚地问道：&ldquo;久闻高僧身健寿高，今得一见，果然名不虚传。请问贵庚几何， 何以如此不老?&rdquo;聪药王顿首盲道：&ldquo;贫僧今年八十有五，四十岁时身体肥胖，臃肿不堪，步履艰难。后得一方做成乳饼，连吃四十余载，所以不老。&rdquo;苏东坡问此 方可得闻平．乳饼如何制作?聪药王道：&ldquo;苏大人造福民众，贫僧要将此方献给大人。此方只一味生姜，把姜捣烂，绞取姜汁，盛入瓷盆中，静置澄清，除去上层黄 清液，取下层白而浓者，阴干，刮取其粉，名为&lsquo;姜乳&rsquo;。一斤老姜约可得一两多姜乳，用此姜乳与3倍面粉拌和，做成饼蒸熟即成。每日空腹吃一二饼。我连吃1 年就身轻体健了。后来遁入山门，我也日吃不断。看来姜乳饼将伴我终生。&rdquo;</p>
<p style="text-indent: 2em;">苏东坡拜谢了聪药王回到府上，心想姜乳饼制作较繁，加之他自幼生长在四川眉山，吃惯米饭，不 喜面食。于是他在公务之余又遍访民间，终于搜集到以生姜为主药的&ldquo;驻颜不老方&rdquo;。他很欣赏此方，曾做诗道：&ldquo;一斤生姜半斤枣，二两白盐三两草，丁香沉香各 半两，四两茴香一处捣。煎也好，泡也好，修合此药胜如宝。每日清晨饮一杯，一生容颜都不老。&rdquo;</p>

<p style="text-indent: 2em;">别名: 老姜、老生姜、姜。</p>
<p style="text-indent: 2em;">产地: 为姜科多年生草本植物姜 Zingiber officinale Rosc. 的根茎。各地均产。</p>
<p style="text-indent: 2em;">秋冬二季采挖，除去须根，切片生用。</p>
<p style="text-indent: 2em;">生姜味辛辣而芳香，是菜肴的主要调味品。</p>
<p style="text-indent: 2em;">性味、归经: 辛，温(子姜微温，乾姜则热)。归脾、肺、胃经。</p>
<p style="text-indent: 2em;">功效: 发汗解表，温中止呕，温肺止咳，散寒，杀虫。</p>
<p style="text-indent: 2em;">用量、用法: 3-10 克。 煎剂，作调味品或捣汁服。</p>

<p style="text-indent: 2em;">生姜伤阴助火，不可多食。</p>
<p style="text-indent: 2em;">脏腑有热者慎用。</p>

<p style="text-indent: 2em;">生姜含挥发油、姜辣素、氨基酸、淀粉等。 生姜口服生姜能增进食欲，又可刺激口腔和胃黏膜，能加速消化液的分泌。 生姜能抑制肠内异常发酵，促进气体排出。 姜醇和姜烯酚的混合能发挥止吐的效应。 生姜能剌激呼吸中枢，血管运动中枢，促进血管循环和发汗及升高血压。</p>
<p style="text-indent: 2em;">乾姜：温脾肾，散寒邪。治心腹冷痛，吐泻肢冷，寒饮咳喘。</p>
