<p>中新网10月14日电 美国研究发现，以饮用白开水而非饮料为主的人饮食整体情况更加健康。</p>
<p>据路透社14日报道，美国的《临床营养》杂志称，根据一项有1.2万多美国人参与的全国健康情况调查，研究者发现饮用更多白开水的人摄入的纤维更多、糖分更少，食物卡路里密度更低。而以饮用其他饮料为主的人则正好相反。</p>
<p>但纽约城市大学皇后学院的教授坎特(Ashima K. Kant)称，研究未发现喝水能让人更健康。不过她表示：&ldquo;人们确实发现了两者的关联，这也鼓励人们多喝水少喝饮料。&rdquo;</p>
<p>1999年到2006年，美国政府对1万2283名20岁以上美国人健康和营养情况进行了调查，这项研究是依据此项调查而做出的结论。</p>
<p>平均看来，接受调查者每天三分之一的液体饮用量来自水，48%来自其它饮料，剩下的来自于食物。总的来说喝水越多，食用的纤维越多，摄入糖分越少，食物卡路里密度更低。</p>
<p>卡路里密度指的是食物中热量与重量之比。水果、蔬菜的卡路里密度较低。</p>
<p>坎特表示，&ldquo;完全从生理角度&rdquo;来看，人们可以从任何渠道获取液体，因此喝白开水并非是必须的，但这对人的健康更有利。</p>
