<p>该项研究还发现，母乳喂养也是减少乳腺癌发病机率的一个重要方式；在英国，每年约有12000名妇女死于乳腺癌。</p>
<p>这项研究对全球950多份研究报告进行了汇总评论，它提供了迄今为止最为有力的证据，证明女性生活方式的选择对患上乳腺癌的风险程度有影响。</p>
<p>今天发表的这项研究报告，更新了2007年发表的以不同类型癌症为调查对象的一项重大癌症预防研究。</p>
<p>2007年的那次研究对873个乳癌病例进行了调查。而这次，伦敦大学帝国理工学院（Imperial College London）的科学家们<br />把最近几年发布的81例病例研究添加了进去。</p>
<p>世界癌症研究基金会医疗科学顾问马丁&middot;怀斯曼（Martin Wiseman）表示，这项扩充了的研究报告&ldquo;展示出我们已很清晰地了解到，生活方式与女性罹患乳腺癌的风险大有关系。&rdquo;</p>

<p>&ldquo;我最近一次研究得出的结论并没什么改动，但是我们的证据更为充足了。我们估计，<strong>通过减少饮酒、增加锻炼（以及控制体重），全英国有42%的乳腺癌病例可得以预防。</strong>&rdquo;</p>
<p>乳腺癌在世界各地的情形也各不相同。颇为矛盾的是，在中国，人们的饮食习惯良好而且经常锻炼，靠改变生活方式来降低乳腺癌发病率的可能性反而较低。</p>
<p>该慈善组织建议，男性和女性都要尽可能瘦一些，但体重也不能低於标准。健康的身体质量指数（BMI）应介于18到25之间。世界癌症研究基金会建议人们尽量将BMI保持在这一数值区间的低端。</p>
<p>该慈善组织还建议，<strong>每天至少锻炼30分钟，而且如果饮酒的话，男性每天限饮两杯，女性一杯。</strong></p>
<p>这项最新的乳腺癌研究是世界癌症研究基金会负责的一项持续更新研究项目的一部分。目前还在进行肠癌及前列腺癌的研究，相关的更新将于2010年发表。</p>
