<p>【病情记录】某医院临床医生研究病例发现，近三成癌症患者既没有患恶性肿瘤的家族病史，也没有不良的生活习惯，但在日常生活中性格多为抑郁内向、沉默寡言、易躁易怒等。</p>
<p>【专家解析】</p>

<p><strong> 探秘致癌原由</strong></p>
<p>【普遍现象】医学专家研究发现：抑郁、爱生闷气，并常常带气吃饭或酗酒就易患胃癌；长期处于失望、自卑中的女性易患宫颈癌；压力得不到释放、经常受抑郁情绪折磨的人易患淋巴癌；怒气难以自制，又常常压抑愤怒的人，易患肺癌……</p>
<p>【原因探秘】</p>
<p>每个人都可能携带肿瘤细胞，当自身免疫力低下的时候，肿瘤细胞就可能发生突变。人体的内分泌系统和免疫系统共用一套信号，一旦受到“癌症性格” 的干扰，会引起人体的过激反应，使内分泌活动紊乱，器官功能活动失调，并使机体免疫能力降低，进而影响免疫系统识别和消灭癌细胞的监视作用，导致癌细胞转 化和突变。一些医学专家也指出：并不是说有“癌症性格”就一定会得癌症，但这种性格患癌症的几率比其他性格的人明显要高一些，也可能是引起癌症发病或加速 癌症发展的主要因素之一。</p>
<p><strong> 清扫致癌垃圾</strong></p>
<p>【抗癌扫描】空军某场站士官迟华，8年前体检发现了癌症，且已处于中期。但他在接受积极治疗的同时，依然保持乐观向上、积极生活的心理状态。几年后，他体检身体各项指标趋于正常，癌细胞也没有扩散。</p>
<p>【预防支招】要做到科学防癌，就要改变“癌症性格”，追求健康、平和的心态。</p>
<p>1、多交朋友，开阔心境，遇事及时向朋友倾诉，多参加集体文体活动等。</p>
<p>2、学会正视自我，正确认识自己的长处和短处，克服回避矛盾的缺点，学会关心自己，积极寻找自身价值，增强信心。</p>
<p>3、学会倾诉，遇到自己处理不了的心理负担，可以找好友或家人倾诉，释放心理压力。</p>
<p>4、要学会欣赏自己，宽容别人，把标准适度降低。</p>
