			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>心脏病已经成为国人的第一杀手,<strong>中国每年有50万人次死于心脏疾病</strong>,那么如何保护心脏呢?近半个世纪以来,饮食健康与心血管疾病一直是健康研究的热点,就这个方面,记者采访了中山大学孙逸仙纪念医院心内科王景峰教授,他介绍了一些简单有效的日常心脏饮食保健方法:</p>
<p>1、燕麦。富含欧米伽&mdash;3脂肪酸、叶酸和钾。纤维丰富的燕麦可降低血液中的&ldquo;坏胆固醇&rdquo;(即低密度脂蛋白胆固醇,LDL),有助清理动脉血管,建议 早上吃一碗热气腾腾的麦片粥。还可选择&ldquo;一碗麦片+一根香蕉&rdquo;的吃法,可多摄入4克纤维。速溶型麦片所含膳食纤维少,选择粗糙型麦片较好。</p>
<p>2、三文鱼。其肉欧米伽&mdash;3脂肪酸超多,可有效降低血压、防止血栓。也可选择有益心脏健康的其他鱼类,如鲭鱼、金枪鱼、沙丁鱼等。</p>
<p>3、鳄梨。做三明治或菠菜沙拉的时候,可以加些鳄梨,以增加饮食中有益心脏健康的脂肪&mdash;&mdash;单不饱和脂肪。鳄梨中所含的这种脂肪有助于减少体内&ldquo;坏&rdquo;胆固醇,同时增加体内&ldquo;好&rdquo;胆固醇。</p>
<p>4、橄榄油。含有大量的单不饱和脂肪酸,可降低坏胆固醇,减少心脏病的危险。</p>
<p>5、坚果。其&ldquo;护心&rdquo;原理与橄榄油相同,杏仁、核桃和澳大利亚坚果含有大量的欧米伽&mdash;3脂肪酸、单不饱和脂肪和多不饱和脂肪。多吃杏仁等坚果,还能提供大量的膳食纤维。</p>
<p>6、浆果。蓝莓、悬钩子、草莓等浆果含有抗炎物质,有益心血管健康,有助于降低心脏病和癌症的发病。</p>
<p>7、豆类。小扁豆、鹰嘴豆、黑豆和芸豆含有丰富的可溶性纤维、欧米伽&mdash;3脂肪酸和钙质。</p>
<p>8、菠菜。富含叶黄素、叶酸、钾和纤维,有助保持心脏健康。</p>
<p>9、亚麻籽。富含欧米伽&mdash;3和欧米伽&mdash;6脂肪酸,少量食用即可长期有益心脏。可在吃燕麦粥或全麦早餐时,撒点碾碎的亚麻籽。</p>
<p>10、大豆。饱和脂肪酸的含量很低,可降低胆固醇,大豆也是人们摄取有益心脏健康的优质蛋白的重要食物来源。</p>
<p>11、番茄、红葡萄柚、苹果、西瓜。以番茄、红葡萄柚、苹果、西瓜等为代表的红色食物,富含番茄红素和花青素,能够预防心脏病、泌尿系统疾病和前列腺癌。</p>
<p>12、红酒。适量饮用红酒有利于心脏,能提高高密度脂蛋白,或&ldquo;好&rdquo;能胆固醇的含量,和使血液变得稀薄,减少能引起心脏病发作和中风的血凝块形成的可能。另外,由于红酒富含生物类黄酮,能防止低密度脂蛋白的氧化,从而减少其粘附动脉壁的可能。</p>
<p>13、动物内脏。适量的食用鸡心、猪心等也有滋补心脏的作用。</p>
<p>14、绿茶。每天饮1杯绿茶对心脏大有裨益。绿茶中含有丰富的儿茶酸,可增强血管的柔韧性和弹性,能有效降低胆固醇和血管硬化。</p>
<p>15、少吃盐。将盐的摄入量减少1/3,可能会让患心脏病的危险降低40%。盐的摄入量每天控制在5克左右,但也要防止出现低钠血症。</p>
