<p>　　饮水要细品慢咽，不能暴饮；等口渴了再喝水，容易引起人体各种疾病；水最好现烧现喝，不要隔夜&hellip;&hellip;10月3日，太原市老年公寓邀请到中国权威水营养专家、健康饮用水权威李复兴教授，给老人们送去健康关怀。本报对其进行了专访。</p>
<p>　　山西晚报：水是不是喝得越多越好？</p>
<p>　　李复兴：这样认为不对。人体健康要讲究生理平衡，包括人体的营养平衡、酸碱平衡、电解质平衡等，其中，保持人体每日水平衡非常重要。如果喝水过 多，当细胞水分大于65%时，血液和间质便被稀释，渗透压降低，使细胞肿胀而发生水中毒，就会使颅内压增高，从而导致头痛、恶心、呕吐、乏力、视力模糊、 呼吸心律减慢，严重还可能出现昏迷、抽搐、死亡。</p>
<p>　　山西晚报：那应该在饭前喝水，还是饭后喝水？</p>
<p>　　李复兴：饭前1小时饮水比饭后饮水好。因为，水在胃中停留时间只有6分钟，很快就会进入小肠，不到1小时就会补充到身体组织及消化液中。如果在饭前1小时饮水，待吃饭时，机体各种消化液分泌正旺盛，功能也调动起来了，自然利于促进消化吸收。</p>
<p>　　山西晚报：有人渴了，会暴饮水，这样对吗？</p>
<p>　　李复兴：喝水和吃饭一样，要细品慢咽，不能暴饮。尤其是夏天或运动之后大量出汗时，不能求一时痛快而暴饮。暴饮起不到补水作用，反而会造成脱水。</p>
<p>　　一般来讲，在大量出汗运动中，每隔30分钟补水150至250毫升最好，在运动前15分钟补水300至500毫升，大运动量后应补充一些电解质饮料，水中要含有一定的糖、钠、钾、铁和一些氨基酸类物质。</p>
<p>　　山西晚报：是不是口渴了才该喝水？</p>
<p>　　李复兴：这是一种被动的饮水习惯与不良习惯，这种被动饮水习惯大多数人都有。还有一些人渴了也不喝水，而是忍着。这样一来，慢慢地会造成人体长期缺水的状态，这是引起人体各种疾病，特别是非传染性慢性疾病的根源。</p>
<p>　　山西晚报：胖人喝凉水都会长肉吗？</p>
<p>　　李复兴：这一说法没有科学依据。肥胖的主要原因是因为体内的一些营养物质，特别是脂肪不能充分燃烧，多余的物质沉积在体内而引起的。如果饮水不 足，能量就会以脂肪的形式存在于体内。简单地说，每摄入1克脂肪，就需要9至10克水才能将它充分燃烧；每摄入1克蛋白质，则需要5至7克水。如果身体不 摄入足够的水，这些营养物质是不会被消耗掉的，反而会导致肥胖。</p>
<p>　　山西晚报：家庭如何安全饮用自来水？</p>
<p>　　李复兴：饮用自来水前，要先打开自来水龙头，让水流放几分钟。此外，还可以把水放在一个容器中自然净化和澄清后再烧开饮用。</p>
<p>　　山西晚报：烧开水要注意什么？</p>
<p>　　李复兴：烧开水，只是把水中的微生物杀死，但水中微生物的排泄物，尤其是致病菌杀死后所释放出来的内毒素，在100℃下是不能被杀灭的。因此， 水快开时应把壶盖打开，让水中部分残留的挥发性有机物挥发掉，再把壶盖盖上，烧开后2至3分钟再把火关上。同时，水不能反复烧，以防形成&ldquo;千滚水&rdquo;，即死 水。水最好现烧现喝，不要隔夜。</p>
<p>　　山西晚报：喝水用什么样的杯子最健康呢？</p>
<p>　　李复兴：玻璃杯不含用机物化学物质，且易于清洗，所以用玻璃杯是最健康的。如果您使用陶瓷杯，最好选用本色杯，而不要用内壁五颜六色的彩釉杯。</p>
